If something is not right, contact us.

FemmeBalance is small. We read every email, and we respond personally.

If Hormone Balance is not working for you, or your order arrived damaged, or anything else is off, do not worry about return forms or restocking fees.

Just email us at hello@shopfemmebalance.com with your order number and a short note. We come back within one business day with a real human reply, and we sort it out together.

In most cases that means a refund to your original payment method, no return required, no questions that feel like an interrogation. Sometimes it means a replacement bottle, or pausing your subscription. Whichever makes sense for you.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time from your account, with no fees.
