Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Weekend or holiday orders go out the next business day.
Delivery time within Canada
- Ontario, Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
- Maritimes, Prairies: 2 to 5 business days
- British Columbia, Alberta: 2 to 5 business days
- Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days
You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
International shipping
Outside Canada, delivery takes 7 to 21 business days, also free. Duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days inside Canada (14 days internationally), email us with your order number and we will investigate.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot redirect a parcel after it ships.
